The database of a new organization does not contain the metadata hotfixes after you apply the metadata hotfixes to the new organization in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

Update Rollup 7 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is available
- You create a new organization or import an existing organization database.
- You apply metadata hotfixes to the new organization.
In this scenario, the database of the new organization does not contain the metadata hotfixes.
This problem is fixed in the latest
cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
