Server-side fixes
The April 2010 update includes the following server-side fixes that were not previously documented:
- Some currency symbols on charts are displayed backwards.
- The "auto-unsubscribe" feature does not work for merged e-mail messages that are generated by using the Mail Merge function.
- Multilingual User Interface Pack (MUI) provisioning is now available on the Languages tab in the Set Personal Options dialog box for Organization Administrators to implement.
Note To open the Set Personal Options dialog box, click Tools and then click Options.
Note It is recommended to only provision one language at a time. - After you import Microsoft Dynamics CRM On Premise customizations to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, you notice that the systemuser entity uses the On Premise system user entity form. You expect the entity to use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online system user entity form.
- When you import customizations, the import fails. The import status bar appears to show that the import hangs, but you receive no error message.
- Some reports display "#Error" instead of labels.
- Exchange 2010 is now supported for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
APPLIES TO
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, when used with:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional Edition

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
