The Copy option in Office SharePoint 2007 site manager is not hidden for users who are not listed as site collection administrators

SYMPTOMS

If you add a user as a member of the Contributor/Approver/Hierarchy Manager/Owner group in Office SharePoint Server 2007, the user can use the Copy option for SharePoint sites. When this user tries to copy a sub site to another destination in the same site collection, they may experience different errors, depending on the user permission.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, apply the following update:
