Issues that are fixed in the May 2010 update

Server-side fixes:

The May 2010 update includes the following server-side fixes that were not previously documented:
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer crashes when you use the Advanced Find view on a computer that is running Windows 7.
  • You cannot run reports if you do not have Business Unit read privileges or higher privileges on the Lead entity.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Mobile does not display related entity data correctly.
  • When you open Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a security locked-down environment, you receive the following warning message:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM was unable to add the Web address of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server to Trusted Sites. This may cause it not to function correctly. To add the Web address of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server manually to the list of trusted sites, see the Internet Explorer Help for Trusted Sites zones. If you use CRM for Outlook with Offline Access, include the URL http://localhost as a trusted site.

Note This problem occurs even though the trusted sites contain the URL of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server and the localhost URL.
  • You still receive a warning message about storage limit after you correct storage issues.
