SYMPTOMS

When you move a Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 Starter Site application to the root folder of the Web site and then you try to open a Web page on the Web site, you receive the following error message:
Server Error in '/' Application.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Additionally, if you try to unpack multiple Commerce Server 2002 Starter Site applications to the same root folder of the Web site, the hyperlinks that are generated for the second application point to the first application.

RESOLUTION

Hotfix information

Prerequisites

For Microsoft Commerce Server 2002, Commerce Server 2002 Starter Site is required.

For Microsoft Solution for Internet Business (MSIB), MSIB 2.1 or MSIB 2.5 is required.

Restart requirement

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.

Hotfix replacement information

This hotfix does not replace any other hotfixes.

I am not able to find the solution of this prob..... Plz help me .... my site is not in the root folder of web .. but still i am getting the error
